Banana Snickers Bites

These banana snickers bites will be your new favourite snack! They are a quick no bake snack you can whip up and keep in the freezer whenever you need something to hold you over between meals. They are great to have as a snack because they're packed with protein powder! Plus, the combination of bananas, nuts, and chocolate is probably one of the most delicious food combinations ever.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas, halved lengthwise and again in half horizontally
  • 1 scoop Good Protein Vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Crushed cashews, to top
  • Melted chocolate, to drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Cut your banana in half, then cut again lengthwise. Set aside on a parchment-lined tray.
  • In a small bowl, mix together protein powder, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Mix until a thick mixture forms.
  • Spread the peanut butter protein mixture on top of your banana slice.
  • Sprinkle with some crushed cashews, then drizzle with melted chocolate. Place in the freezer to harden for 15-20 minutes.
