Double Chocolate High Protein Cookies (Small Batch)

These double chocolate high protein cookies are such a simple recipe to make for when you're craving a sweet treat. They are vegan, high protein thanks to the protein powder in these cookies, and make a small batch of three cookies. They take just 10 minutes to make, made with. simple ingredients and are so decadent.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small banana mashed
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 scoop Good Protein chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, mash one small banana. Add in remaining wet ingredients and whisk together.
  • Add in protein powder and mix. Then add in baking powder, baking soda and flour. Mix until well combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
  • Use a cookie scooper to scoop your dough, place on your lined tray and bake for about 12 minutes, or until cookies slightly crack on top.
  • Optionally top with flaky sea salt before enjoying.

Notes

How to store: Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge for 5-7 days.
