Easy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie (High Protein)

This easy pumpkin pie smoothie tastes exactly like a pumpkin pie, requires just 7 ingredients, and is high in protein! it's the perfect breakfast or snack that will keep you full. It's also naturally sweetened with banana, and loaded with flavour from the cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. It's the absolutely best recipe to make at the beginning of fall when the weather is still warm, but you want to enjoy all of the flavours of fall.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small banana, peeled
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 scoop protein powder flavour of choice, I used vanilla (about 5 tbsp or 36g scoop)
  • 1/3 cup E.D.SMITH Pure Pumpkin Purée
  • 1 1/4 cup oat milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • To a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth and no chunks remain.
  • Pour smoothie into a glass.
  • Option to top with whipped cream, granola, or any other toppings of your choice.
