Healthy Apple Nachos

If you're looking for an easy, elevated no bake snack, these healthy apple nachos are for you! This recipe is perfect for when you're craving something sweet and salty. These apple nachos are loaded with melted chocolate, a drizzle of nut butter, some chopped up dates, pretzels and cashews.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 whole Honey Crisp apples, sliced (or any apple of your choice)
  • 6 whole pretzels, crushed
  • 3 whole dates, pitted and chopped into pieces
  • 4 tsp hazelnut butter (or caramel sauce)
  • 4 tsp melted chocolate (Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil and melt in the microwave in 25-30 second increments)
  • 2 tbsp cashews, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry your apples, then cut into slices. Assemble on your plate.
  • Top your apples with crushed pretzels, and chopped dates.
  • Drizzle hazelnut butter and melted chocolate on top of the apple slices. top with chopped cashews and enjoy!

Notes

How to store: place in an airtight container and keep in the freezer for 1-2 days.
