High Protein Vegan Yogurt Bowl

This high protein vegan yogurt bowl is the perfect snack or easy and quick breakfast you can make. It's packed with protein, loaded with fruits and topped with crunchy granola. It's so delicious to have as an afternoon snack when hunger strikes, or as a fresh morning breakfast! All you really need are 2 ingredients: yogurt and protein powder!

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup yogurt of choice I used a vegan vanilla yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder, I used Good Protein Vanilla Milkshake flavour - you can also do 1/2 scoop, depending on the texture you prefer and how much protein you'd like to add!
  • toppings of choice: sliced bananas, sliced strawberries, blueberries, granola, peanut butter, etc.

Instructions
 

  • To a mug, mix together your yogurt and protein powder until well combined.
  • Top with sliced bananas, strawberries, blueberries, granola, nut butter, or any other toppings of your choice. Enjoy!

Notes

How to store: place yogurt and toppings in separate containers overnight before enjoying.
