This strawberry cold foam matcha is fruity, fresh, and the perfect afternoon pick-me-up. It's made with Four O'Clock Organic Japanese matcha, mixed with a delicious strawberry cold foam for the ultimate drink you can make at home.

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup ice cubes
  • 60 ml water
  • 1/2 tsp Four O'Clock Organic Green Tea Japanese Matcha
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp water + 1 tsp freeze-dried strawberry powder, to create strawberry syrup
  • 2 tbsp vegan heavy cream
  • Chocolate shavings to garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together water and Four O'Clock Organic Green Tea Japanese Matcha with a matcha whisk until frothy, and you get a foamy layer on top. Set aside.
  • In another small bowl, combine water and freeze-dried strawberry powder and whisk with an electric frother until well combined.
  • Combine homemade strawberry syrup with vegan heavy cream and whisk with an electric frother until foamy and fluffy.
  • Take your glass and add ice, the prepared matcha, milk of choice, and strawberry cold foam.
  • Optional: top with chocolate shavings for garnish, and enjoy.
