Strawberry Cold Foam Matcha

This strawberry cold foam matcha is fruity, fresh, and the perfect afternoon pick-me-up. It's made with Four O'Clock Organic Japanese matcha, mixed with a delicious strawberry cold foam for the ultimate drink you can make at home.

- 2/3 cup ice cubes
- 60 ml water
- 1/2 tsp Four O'Clock Organic Green Tea Japanese Matcha
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 tbsp water + 1 tsp freeze-dried strawberry powder, to create strawberry syrup
- 2 tbsp vegan heavy cream
- Chocolate shavings to garnish (optional)
In a bowl, whisk together water and Four O'Clock Organic Green Tea Japanese Matcha with a matcha whisk until frothy, and you get a foamy layer on top. Set aside.
In another small bowl, combine water and freeze-dried strawberry powder and whisk with an electric frother until well combined.
Combine homemade strawberry syrup with vegan heavy cream and whisk with an electric frother until foamy and fluffy.
Take your glass and add ice, the prepared matcha, milk of choice, and strawberry cold foam.
Optional: top with chocolate shavings for garnish, and enjoy.
