This easy vegan apple pie yogurt parfait is the perfect single serve dessert you can whip up in just 5 minutes! All you need is four simple ingredients to create this delicious and filling parfait.
I partnered with E.D SMITH to create this recipe, and by doing so it makes this recipe even simpler because you can use their delicious Apple Pie Filling to layer between the yogurt!
Ingredients you’ll need to make this easy vegan apple pie yogurt parfait
- Vegan Yogurt. You can use a vegan greek yogurt or regular yogurt of choice. I like using vanilla for this just for some added sweetness. You can use natural if you prefer and sweeten with maple syrup or sweetener of your choice!
- E.D SMITH Apple Pie Filling. This is the star of the recipe, and what gives the parfait a cozy, pie flavour. The E.D SMITH apples are not too sweet, and have the perfect texture of apples you would find in a pie. It elevates this parfait by making it taste so delicious, and also helps save time since you can add the apple straight from the can!
- Walnuts. This is optional, but you can add some crushed walnuts to the top of your yogurt parfait for an added crunch.
- Crushed Graham Crackers. This is also optional, but I find it really ties in the pie flavour to this parfait! Since it’s a no-bake recipe, and some no-bake pie recipes involve crushed graham crackers for the crust, I felt this was the perfect addition! You can use any type of crushed cookie/cracker of your choice for this!
Tips on making this apple pie yogurt parfait
- When adding your first layer of yogurt, tap the glass lightly on the counter. This will help make the yogurt levelled and even so that you can place your apple slices on top.
- Place the apples from the apple pie filling into a separate bowl before adding into your yogurt parfait. This will make it easier to place your apples into the glass, and also make sure you are not pouring too much of the goeyness (which is what makes pies so delicious) into the yogurt parfait.

How to store this parfait
Since this is a recipe that should be made fresh to enjoy immediately, I would not recommend storing this for longer than a few hours in the fridge.
