If you’re looking for an easy, healthier snack or dessert, these chocolate covered blueberries will do the trick! They are incredibly easy to make, take 5 minutes to prep, and can easily be stored in the freezer for easy grab-and-go snacking!

Ingredients needed to make these chocolate covered blueberry clusters
- Blueberries. Make sure to use fresh, whole blueberries. You can place them all together on your parchment paper or place 3-4 together to make them in bite-sizes already.
- Chocolate. I love using a semi-sweet, darker flavour of chocolate to balance the sweetness out with the blueberries. You can of course use any chocolate of your choice!
- Coconut Oil. This is the sneaky third ingredient, and is uses to melt with your chocolate so it becomes smooth.

Tips
- Wash your blueberries. A tip before making this, make sure to thoroughly soak and wash your blueberries! Washing your fruit is important, so wash and dry these blueberries when making this recipe.
- Place all blueberries close together or in small clusters. You can either make a large blueberry cluster or assemble 3-4 blueberries together and pour the melted chocolate on top.
- Freeze until chocolate has just hardened. If you made this into a giant bar, wait until the chocolate has just hardened in the freezer before cutting. This will make it slightly easier to cut into clusters/squares.

How to store
Place your chocolate covered blueberries in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.
