This raspberry iced latte is the most amazing and refreshing drink to keep you cool all summer long. It’s made with fresh, crushed raspberries, Melitta Columbia Altura Blend Whole Bean Ground coffee, almond milk, dairy-free coffee creamer, and some ice cubes. It takes just 5 minutes to make and will be your go-to drink this season!

Ingredients you’ll need to make this raspberry iced latte

  • Raspberries. I use a fresh container from the store. Make sure you wash them well, then muddle them so it resembles jam at the bottom of your glass.
  • Coffee Creamer. I use a dairy-free coffee creamer, but you can use any flavour/brand of your choice.
  • Almond Milk. You can use oat milk, cashew milk, or any milk of choice!
  • Coffee. I used Melitta Columbia Altura Blend coffee, using the pour-over method. Feel free to use any coffee of choice, and add in more or less depending on how strong you like your coffee.
  • Ice Cubes. You can use larger ice cubes, or smaller ones!

Can I substitute the raspberries for another fruit?

I have not tried this recipe with another fruit, but I think that adding strawberries would taste delicious! They are a little more difficult to mash, so the strawberries would need to be blended in a food processor or blender before adding it to the bottom of your glass. Make sure not to blend it too much if you still want some strawberry chunks in there!

You can also use a shot of espresso in this if you want a stronger iced latte, and you can also just use almond milk exclusively if you don’t want to add a coffee creamer.

Raspberry Iced Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup raspberries, muddled
  • 2 tbsp coffee creamer of choice
  • 2/3 cups almond milk
  • 1/3 cup Melitta Columbia Altura Blend ground coffee, or more if you prefer it stronger
  • 3-4 Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Line your Melitta pour-over with a bamboo filter, and spoon in 5 tbsp of ground Melitta Columbia Altura coffee. Pour boiling water on top and let the coffee drip until desired colour. Set aside.
  • To a glass, add your raspberries and mash them well.
  • Add your ice cubes, then pour in coffee creamer and almond milk.
  • Pour your coffee on top, stir and enjoy!

Notes

Note: You can use any coffee of your choice: Pour-over, percolator coffee, or espresso!
